How it Works
How to write your Will/Powers of Attorney with Mor4U Legal
Step 1 – Let’s set up a time and chat
Answer a few simple questions and advise Mor4U Legal of your preferred time to talk. This will be confirmed within 48 hours. Our chat will ensure we can guide you around any questions you have.
Step 2 – Complete a simple form and forward the fixed fee
If you wish to proceed, we will send you a simple form that will guide you through the decisions you need to make a fixed fee invoice for payment. Complete the form and send it to Mor4U with your payment.
Step 3 –Time to review your documents and discuss
Mor4U Legal will prepare your Will/Powers of Attorney within the agreed timeframe and organise a convenient time to discuss the documents with you.
You will need to review your draft Will/Powers of Attorney prior to our chat, so we can answer any questions you have.
Step 4 – Have your documents witnessed
Mor4U Legal will finalise your documents and send them to you by email or mail (whichever you prefer) with instructions on how to sign and get them witnessed so they are legally binding.
After you get your signature witnessed, store your documents in a safe place or return to us for complimentary safekeeping. It’s important to let your executor/attorneys know where your original Will/Powers of Attorney are stored.
If you are in Melbourne, we can come to you to witness your Will for a small additional fee.
